Vince Davis is the founder of the Garden Village Horticulture Club. He oversees club operations, leads meetings, and acts as the primary spokesperson.
Vice President*
Supports the President, takes over duties in the President's absence, and oversees committee operations.

Manages records, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
