Community Beautification Projects

Spearheading at least two major projects annually, we strive to transform public spaces, revive neglected areas, and collaborate on educational gardens with local schools.

Educational Workshops & Events

Every other month, we organize workshops and events on a wide array of gardening topics, drawing on local expertise and occasionally inviting guest speakers to enrich our collective knowledge.

Garden Sharing and Tours

Our garden sharing program and annual community garden tour event celebrate the diversity and creativity within Villa Park's private and public gardens, offering both inspiration and practical insights.

Membership Growth and Engagement

Aiming for a 20% annual growth, we focus particularly on engaging younger community members and implementing mentorship programs that foster a supportive gardening community.

Sustainability and Environmental Advocacy

We champion sustainable gardening practices through initiatives like native plant promotions, composting workshops, and rainwater harvesting demonstrations, advocating for an environmentally conscious gardening ethos.
